There are a few places that make fuel cells for motorcycles, this link is to the Sampson web site. http://www.sampson-sporttouring.com/fuel-cells.html

If you do a search, there will be links to other places around the globe that may show you the one that will best fulfill your need.

Here's a link to the IBA page that discusses some of the tech inspection criteria that they use. http://ironbutt.com/tech/auxfuel.cfm

Another link from the IBA forum that talks about legal capacitites for IBA events. http://www.ironbutt.org/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=1162&PN=1

Good luck getting one made! Larry

I found some stuff on ATVrider.com
http://www.tourtank.com/

These can be had all sorts of sizes with many options 3gal $129.00

I wound up going with the low tech way... gas cans. They are removable, I will have to stop to use them, 3 gal for $49.00
good luck.
