Now, this is a tent! 1 Year, 7 Months ago Karma: 1
Having decided I had enough of crawling into a low entry tent, with not being able to easily change clothes or stand up, I opted to test the new Tenere Expedition Tent from the Nomad Tent Company in Denver Colorado. Pictured below is the tent and it will be assembled and on display at the July monthly meeting this Thursday July 8. It will fit a full size BMW in the vestibule, or just park your favorite chair, grab a book and chill out in the shade and protection of an oversized vestibule. My old MSR Mo Room Two was a nice tent, but the "crawl" was getting too old after a day in the saddle. It weighs in at 13 lbs, about 5 more than most 2 person tents, but this is small change for big comfort. See it in person this Thursday and visit them at www.nomadtent.com

WOW ! Must be an age thing! That is EXACTLY what I would love. ALL of my tent(s) are TOO small and low. I say that because it wouldn't be 'till next year that I would be able to use it. It looks exactly what motorcycle campers would LOVE. Maybe you can come (with tent) to LaCross next years. This years ride was marred by my accident in S.W. Wisconsin. I brought my (sm) tent to camp in Lacross @ the Keogel's. They are so kind to host us EVERY year and open up their home and hearts to us. A great experience for campers. (and hotelers alike)
I want to talk to you more @ your tent.
