I am starting to put together some ideas related to how members would like to use the site and get thoughts related to its content.

Please feel free to offer any ideas. My hope is to have a plan in place in the next 30 days or so.

How about loosening up the format a bit. I have 1 1/2" of purple on the edges of my screen (About 2" on each side if I close bookmarks) and that translates to a lot of wasted screen real estate.

How about a forum jump at the end of each post and each forum. I find it clunky to have to go back to the main forum page to switch to another forum.

Edit: I also suggest folding "meet to eat" and "hotdog rides" into Ride Central. Go ahead and sticky a thread for the scheduled events for each. I do not think we are well served by fragmenting these things into different forums. We now have 12 forums - more than fit on my screen - and that should be reduced to 6 if at all possible.
