Can someone please tell me how to change my password?Thanks

Hi Mark. Welcome to the Forum. Here's how to do it.

At left, where it says "My Menu", click "My Personal Profile"

When your profile appears, click the tab labeled "Update your profile and avatar"

Then click Edit, and drop down to "Update your profile"

When the update screen appears, click the tab labeled "Contact Info". This is where you will see the password field, and some other stuff.

Well it finally happened, someone lost, forgot, or wants to change their password.

For web security reasons no one can read your password in the data base. Not even us admins. However, the web site can create a temporary garbage password for you. BUT you MUST change it once you get notified of the new garbage password.

Process: (assuming you can't login)

1) From the Home page: to the right of the Login button is "Forgot Password? ". click on that.

2)New screen. Fill in all the blanks using the appropriate information. Click on the Send Password button.

3) The web site will create a garbage password for you and send it to the e-mail address you provide.

4) Login using the new password. Under "MY MENU" click on "My Personal Profile".

5)Under "Update Your Profile & Avatar" click on Edit, then click on "Update Your Profile".

6) On the Edit Your Details page click on "Contact Info", change you password to something you can remember, then click on Update on the bottom of the screen.
