For those attending the Vintage Race Weekend at Elkhart Lake, Wi., a group will be departing from the Full Moon restaurant in North Chicago on Route 41 at 8:00 AM on Saturday morning June 13. Routes to travel will be discussed at breakfast starting at 7:00 AM. For those that might be interested, Mischlers BMW in Beaver Damn WI. is having an open house this same weekend with the BMW truck, full of test ride bikes, in attendance. This is one of the few midwest appearances for the BMW truck and if you can't wait for a test ride at the National Rally, perhaps this is your chance to demo that new ride you have been contemplating. Tickets for the Vintage motorcycle event at Elkhart Lake should be purchased at the gates and it should be an interesting day.
